Booking and Payment Terms
  • Booking: You can book physiotherapy services by contacting us directly through phone or email. All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Pricing: Prices for services are available upon request. Additional charges (such as travel fees for home visits) may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment and must be made in person. We accept payment via bank transfer or cash. For some cases, we may issue an invoice, which should be settled within 14 days of issuance. Payment for the first session must be received prior to the appointment. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Refunds are provided at the discretion of R Pro Physio.

  • Late Payments: If payment is not received at the time of the session, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied for each 7-day period the payment remains overdue. Further treatment may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. Clients will be notified of any late fees incurred.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

We require a minimum notice period of 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if the client fails to attend without prior notice (a "Did Not Attend" or DNA), a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

Please note, insurance companies typically do not cover these charges. You are responsible for settling any charges resulting from missed or canceled appointments.

  • Termination by Client: You may discontinue treatment at any time by providing notice to us.

  • Termination by Service Provider: We may terminate the agreement if you fail to comply with payment terms, attendance policies, or if further treatment is deemed inappropriate.
